- How much will it cost me?
- Nothing in most cases, our booking fees are on the 'outside' of the ticket price.
- When will I be paid?
- As standard, we pay out each Wednesday, for all events that occurred the in period 7-14 days beforehand.
- How long does it take to get an event on sale?
- If you would like us to create a new event for you, we will be able to have it on sale within 24 hours of you sending us the required info. Once you’ve received some basic training you can create and manage events yourself through Ticketlogic, the Clubtickets Admin system. You may of course opt for us to continue to do this for you at no extra charge.
- Do I have to take events off sale myself?
- No, an event automatically goes off sale at a time that you decide and an email is sent to you with the Door List attached to it. However if you wanted to take an event off sales or put it back on sale, you can do so yourself at anytime through your Promoter Account.
- Can I change the selling price of my events?
- Yes, you can add as many different prices as you want. You can have Group tickets, early bird tickets or VIP options as well as standard e-tickets
- How do I check how many tickets have been sold for my event?
- Log into your Promoter Account to view live sales for all your events. Once logged in you can opt to receive Daily and Weekly Sales Reports.
